The Jon Boat Build Kit from Nate's Custom Boats is the go-to aluminum framing solution for DIY jon boat, duck boat, and fishing boat builds in the 1436, 1448, and 1542 size range. Designed by master builder Nate Eckhold and trusted by the TBNation community, this Wide Hull Frame variant includes everything you need to frame out your entire boat and deck — no bench seat removal required. Estimated build time is 3 days. Boat hull is not included.

What's Included
Wide Hull Frame Only variant — includes:
- Twenty sticks of 1.5" angle aluminum — 6ft long
- Two sticks of 1" square aluminum tubing — 6ft long
- 1,100 countersink rivets
- 100 standard rivets
- 4 extra sticks of angle aluminum (wide hull adder)
- 200 extra countersink rivets (wide hull adder)
No aluminum sheeting, dry hatch lids, trolling motor mount, foot tray, gear caddy, electrical kit, or safety kit included.

Compatibility Notes
Recommended for 1436, 1442, 1448, and 1542 jon boats or similar-sized aluminum hulls. Wide hull adder materials included for wider hull configurations.
