Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Rates and Times:

FREE Shipping on most orders over $200*

  • Standard Shipping (4-10 Business Days) 
  • Flat Rate Ground (1-4 Business Days*) 
  • Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days*) 

*Some Conditions Apply* On heavy and oversize shipments such as Electric Outboards, aluminum framing kits, boat carpet, etc. being sent to the Rocky Mountains & West Coast there can be up to $35 oversize shipping charge. EPropulsion Electric Motors and Batteries may have a minimum $199 shipping fee due to oversize, hazmat or truck freight requirements. All International Orders do not qualify for free shipping and are quoted in the cart. If you'd like to make an international purchase, we can possibly save you freight funds by giving us a call or email to custom quote the shipping for your purchase needs.

Some items may be stocked in a remote warehouse, and will take additional time to reach our customers. Shipping timeline will be noted on specific items.

All Free Shipping will be send Standard. You may upgrade to Ground or Priority in certain cases depending on the items ordered.

All aluminum kits and parts require a return shipping adjustment to refund due to size & weight. All International Orders are Final Sale*

Damage Policy:

We understand that unexpected damage can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, we've got you covered within the 7-day window. For your convenience, we provide a pre-paid label for a hassle-free return. You have the flexibility to opt for a replacement or receive a full refund. Some exclusions apply on oversized or large items such as Boats, Kayaks, and Lithium Batteries which are covered under shipping insurance. Specifics will be listed with individual products. 

Change of Mind:

Sometimes, decisions change, and that's okay. If you've had a change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
  • Please be aware that there is a 12% restocking fee applicable to all returned items.
  • Items must be returned in original and resalable condition, items returned worn or damaged due to customer use or neglect are only refunded upon agreement of refurbishing costs. 

Return Restrictions:

  • Customized items: We understand that preferences can evolve, and we allow changes for customized items within the specified return period.
  • Clearance sale items: Unfortunately, clearance sale items are non-returnable.
  • Electric Outboards and lithium batteries: Due to shipping regulations, these items must be scheduled for UPS truck pickup; drop-off is not permitted.
  • Boats & Kayaks:  These items are final sale upon delivery or pickup however are covered by both shipping insurance and manufacturers direct warranty.
