Some Conditions Apply — On heavy and oversize shipments (Electric Outboards, aluminum framing kits, boat carpet, etc.) sent to the Rocky Mountains & West Coast there can be up to $35 oversize shipping charge. EPropulsion Electric Motors and Lithium Batteries may have shipping fees due to oversize, hazmat or truck freight requirements. All International Orders do not qualify for free shipping and are quoted in the cart.

Some items may be stocked in a remote warehouse and will take additional time. All Free Shipping will be sent Standard. Aluminum kits and parts require a return shipping adjustment to refund due to size & weight.

International Orders: All International Orders are Final Sale - no returns or exchanges allowed. We are not responsible for additional import tariffs, duties, or VAT taxes.

Damage Policy: If you receive a damaged item within the 7-day window, we provide a pre-paid label for a hassle-free return. You may opt for a replacement or full refund. Some exclusions apply on oversized items (Boats, Kayaks, Lithium Batteries) covered under shipping insurance.

Change of Mind: Within 14 days of receiving your order:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (unless opted into checkout+)
• 12% restocking fee applies to all returned items
• Items must be returned in original and resalable condition

Return Restrictions:

• Customized items: Changes allowed within the return period
• Clearance sale items: Non-returnable, final sale
• Electric Outboards and lithium batteries: Non-returnable due to hazmat shipping regulations; motors must be scheduled for UPS truck pickup (drop-off at UPS Stores not permitted)
• Boats & Kayaks: Final sale upon delivery or pickup; covered by shipping insurance and manufacturer's warranty
