Exactly as described. Good quality aluminum. Appreciate the new closed end rivets for below waterline. The 1/4” closed end rivets work great on the ribs when creating subfloor.

Haven't used them yet just received them. I have been using buck rivets at the moment to plug previous holes from lights that were mounted and other items that were removed. A very simple process of installing bucking bucking rivets. I visited the Georgia store recently to purchase 40" of angle to start my project and showed them to boat I was going to build. It's a 1968 Del-Craft 15', which, I thought was just a regular aluminum boat, but it turns out, at one time it was originally a run-about. I has only 4 (four) installed floor frames, so I have to figure out how to add additional support for the sub-floor on this build. Any suggestions here? I can send pictures if you want to add some clarity on this, I have started dis-assembling the seats yet. So any info here would be appreciated. The Georgia crew asked me to document this build to keep them informed, so I need to purchase a go pro or a video camera for this.

My boat is still a work in progress. Used up all my countersink rivets, so here we are.
With the 500 I bought it might be enough to finish deck and hatches. LOL

Amazing and profound…truly life altering levels of quality and substance…I’m planning on a hybrid build of a 16’ deep V…will be welded frames and subfloor with riveted decking… also wanted a few of the closed rivets to help seal up a couple spots that didn’t need a full welding/grinding …just wanted to plug a hole from removed oar locks etc…

The rivets I received fit the bill.

These countersunk rivets are the ticket. Nice flush riveting is a breeze with these. I’ve used a few hundred already and plan to order more in different sizes to keep on hand for other projects.

The rivets are great quality! Figured out how many I thought I needed and was not even close. If you mess up one part and have to drill out all the rivets you could end up 50-60 short. They are cheap when you get free shipping from your initial large order of items but having to order just few more and pay shipping is frustrating! Just order about 100 more than you think you will need and you will be glad you did by the time you finish your boat.

Quick service. Talked to them before ordering and they were super honest. That said, for pop rivets, these things are STOUT. I put them in with a pneumatic gun and will update how they last.
