    I received the order of 3.5” Jackplate Bolts in a timely manner and exactly as pictured.
    I did not realize that the bolt shoulder was so long/threads so short. The extra length was for the addition of cover tie-down brackets, but the shoulder prevented was greater than the thickness of the Jackplate and motor mount, so the nut could not be tightened. I ran a die down the bolt and cut more threads to solve the problem.
    I am writing this only as feedback, no complaint. Perhaps an extra photo in the ad including bolt/thread length dimensions would help prevent future issues for someone without a good tap & die set. Thanks, and safe boating!!!
