Introducing the AUTOBOAT SMART HEAD,combining the best core features of the legacy AUTOBOAT units. This unit is not only more accurate, but much easier to install and less problematic over time.  No more having to worry about room to store the legacy components because all components are now inside a sealed head. This head has a universal fit-collar that will mount onto any trolling motor from our approved list below.  Please view the video above to get feel for this unit's new features.

Will work on the following transom-mount trolling motors:

• Approved Trolling Motor Brands & Sizes:
• Minn Kota Endura C212v 30-55lb trolling motors.
• Minn Kota Riptide Series12v 30-55lb trolling motors.
• Minn Kota Endura MAX 12v 30-55lb trolling motors.
• New Port Vessels NV series 36lb, 46lb & 55lb. (62lb not approved. Use at own risk)
• Newport Vessels X series 55lb trolling motor
• Newport Vessels Kayakseries 36-55lb
• Newport Pontoon series 55lb.

• NOT APPROVED, but will work with retrofitting/ mods:
• WaterSnake series12v trolling motors.
• Minn Kota Edge 12v hand control (bracket needed to mount the autodrive system)
• Other 12v brands with 1 1/8” shaft (May need retro-fitting that will void the warranty.)
• NOTE: Using a non-approved trolling motor for your application will void the warranty

• NON-COMPATIBLE TROLLING MOTORS:
• Motorguide R & X Series trolling motors
• Old, vintage trolling motors.
• Bow-mount, cable steer trolling motors.
• WARNING: Modifying Autoboat to work with the above will void your warranty.
