The Sea Eagle Fish Tuff 14 flips the script on traditional inflatables by delivering a genuinely modifiable, blank-canvas micro skiff layout. Built around an ultra-stiff, 6-inch drop-stitch inflatable deck that easily supports standing anglers without flexing, its unique design features factory-bonded D-rings throughout the hull for secured gear tie-downs and custom rigging. It is perfectly sized to fit flat between the wheel wells of a standard 4-foot truck bed, giving you a highly stable, dual-angler fishing platform without the hassle of a trailer.
On the water, a robust 13.5-inch transom allows the boat to safely manage up to a 9.9hp short-shaft outboard, pushing two fishermen and their gear at impressive speeds up to 22 mph. The bow is anchored by a rigid, hollow extruded aluminum slat layout, making it incredibly simple to mount quick-release pucks for portable GPS trolling systems like the Autoboat Gen 3 Smart Head so you can dominate windy conditions with precise spot-lock capability.
The FishTuff 14 is the heavy-duty evolution of the discontinued Lite Skiff Air. We upgraded the construction to commercial-grade 1000 Denier PVC (with 3000 Denier reinforced zones) for maximum puncture resistance. We also increased the stability by widening the beam to 52 inches, added an anti-slip Crocodile Hide EVA foam deck, and heavily upgraded the modular rigging capabilities by incorporating 33 stainless steel D-rings and 8 universal accessory mounting pads. The FishTuff14 was designed by Tiny Boat Nation in collaboration with Sea Eagle.
No trailer is required! The FishTuff 14 weighs only 97 lbs deflated and packs down to a compact 46" x 24" x 16". It easily fits into the trunk of a standard car, SUV, or truck bed, saving you thousands on trailer costs, maintenance, and boat ramp fees.
The FishTuff 14 features a massive 1,200 lb (or 3-person) payload capacity, meaning you can easily load it up with two full-sized anglers, heavy batteries, and tackle. Because of the high-pressure drop-stitch floor, the boat maintains an ultra-shallow 6-inch draft, allowing you to access skinny backwaters and flats that fiberglass boats simply cannot reach.
The FishTuff14 is incredibly versatile and can be configured for almost any fishing style:
The Backwater Bass Boat: Add the optional inflatable SightDeck™ and rigid casting bar to create an elevated platform for precision sight-casting.
The Stealth Electric Rig: Pair the hull with one of our exclusive electric outboard packages (like the Newport NT300 or Spirit 1.0 Plus) for silent operation on lake-restricted or heavily pressured waters.
The Tandem Coastal Cruiser: Utilize the dual swivel seat mounts and max out the 9.9hp gas outboard rating to run 18+ mph across bays and open water with a fishing partner. The triple reinforced bottom holds up to barnacles and oysters.
The FishTuff 14 is built for no-drill customization. It comes standard with 8 integrated universal accessory mounting pads that are directly compatible with Scotty, YakAttack, and similar track-mounted accessories. You can easily attach fish finders, transducer mounts, anchor locks, and rod holders right out of the box.
The stern motor mount is rated for a maximum 9.9hp gas outboard (15-inch short shaft, 100 lbs max weight). With a 9.9hp motor, you can expect speeds up to 22 mph solo or 18 mph tandem. Additionally, the bow is designed to accept an optional trolling motor mount for bow motors up to 55 lbs of thrust (min 36" shaft).
Performance varies slightly based on payload, but the FishTuff 14 pairs perfectly with electric outboards for stealthy, reliable power:
3HP Equivalent Electric Outboards (e.g., Newport NT300, Spirit 1.0 Plus): You can expect speeds of 5-6 mph with a solo angler, and a steady 5 mph fully loaded with two people and gear.
6HP Equivalent Electric Outboards (e.g., Newport NT600, EPropulsion Spirit 2): You can expect impressive top speeds of 9-12 mph with a solo angler, and 8-9 mph with two people.
Electric outboards like the Newport NT series or ePropulsion Spirit models offer several key advantages. They provide silent, vibration-free operation—perfect for sneaking up on easily spooked fish. They also require zero winterization or gas/oil maintenance, and they are fully compliant with "electric-only" or "no wake" lake restrictions, unlocking fishing spots that gas-powered boats aren't allowed to access.
