Custom Outboard Mounting Bracket - Transom Wrap
- 1/8" Thick Aluminum Transom Bracket to securely mount your outboard and reinforce the critical part of your transom.
- Designed for the common jon boat and V-Hull transom at 1.5 to 1.75" Thickness. Extra Wide 2" available for thicker transoms.

I built my transom, ordered my mounting bracket for my boat ,the bracket fit like a glove, and the service was very easy, fast and helpful in my choice! Great company, would buy from them on any item for my boat!

I was very pleased with the transom mount. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size but I made it work with some washers and some flat spacers. I needed the 1"-1/2 and didn't realize I ordered the 1"-3/4

This piece is a bit on the pricey side, but it is exactly what I was looking for. It shipped very fast and is well made. I searched a lot of sites for something similar, but TBN was the only place that had this type of support. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Transom Mounting Bracket
I received the mounting bracket and tried it on the transom of my 1982 Bass Tracker jon boat. I had to have some welding work done prior to installing. The fit was right on, 1 1/2", perfect. I had to shim the bottom of the bracket on the inside for a tight fit all the way down. It worked out nicely. I would recommend that part of the install if needed. Great clean option, Thanks. Bill

Initial install review
This is only an install review not an operational review or long term. Purchased product to help remedy high stress area of my transom due to flex. Install went good. 90 degree bends look fine (no cracking and grain of metal correct direction for bend). Prepped and painted bracket to reduce corrosion potential. Installed bracket over transom with marine grade sealant/adhesive. Installed and bolted outboard down while adhesive was still wet. Not issues at this moment with product.
