The prop is a spare. The Short Shaft is pretty far under the keel of our inflatable and touched gravel sooner than expected. It sounded bad but happily showed no visible damage or loss of propulsion. The two blade prop pushes a lot of water. I need a shaft somewhere between short and extra short I think.

Product(E-propulsion motor) very well made. Wrong shaft length was shipped but quickly made right by TB Nation.
