Does every extreme stern mounted navigation light come with the max socket or at least have the connection wired to the light to plug into the max socket?

Come with power lead the has a wire tail and a 2 pole flat power connection. The Power socket only come in certain packages like the premier. Thank you

Does this unit plug into a base such that the light pole can be stowed away below deck?
