Nate's Custom Boats
You've seen the builds. You've watched the YouTube videos. You've even sketched it out on a napkin. But between the measuring, the cutting, the math, and the 30-hour time commitment β that casting deck is still just an idea.
The Deck in a Box changes all of that.
This is Tiny Boat Nation's all-in-one aluminum boat decking kit built specifically for 14β18' jon boats like the Tracker Grizzly and bass boats like the Bass Tracker Classic. No welding. No advanced fabrication. No weekend-ruining geometry. Just a purpose-built DIY bass boat deck that drops in, trims to fit your hull, and gets you back on the water β in about two hours flat.
Hardware Included β Rivets, Washers, Nuts, Bolts, and a Locking Waterproof latch to finish it offΒ

A subfloor must already be installed in your boat before the Deck in a Box can be fitted. This kit is designed to drop in on top of an existing subfloor structure. If your boat does not yet have a subfloor, you'll need to complete that step first. Check out our subfloor build guides β we've got you covered.
Step 1 β Unbox
Pull everything out, lay it out on the garage floor, and do a quick inventory. Framing, sheeting, Nate's Dry Hatch β it's all there.
Step 2 β Trim to Fit
Every hull has its quirks. Use your tape measure to mark your trim lines and cut the aluminum sheeting and framing to match your specific boat. No advanced math, no templates β just measure, mark, and cut.
Step 3 β Rivet & Fish
Drop the frame into place on your subfloor, rivet it down, and you're done. Load up your gear, back the trailer down the ramp, and go catch something.

Depending on your choice of variant and speed, you can expect between 1.5 hours at wide-open throttle to over 5 hours at trolling speeds. Both options offer exceptional range.
Absolutely. The sea eagle fishskiff completely deflates and rolls up, while the electric outboard motor features a quick-release battery and foldable design, eliminating the need for a trailer.
This varies heavily by country and region. While electric outboard setups often bypass strict gas engine regulations, many locations still require a basic watercraft registration for any motorized sea eagle boat.
Absolutely. The sea eagle boat features a high-pressure 1000 Denier drop-stitch hull that inflates up to 15 psi, making the deck as rock-solid as a rigid fiberglass platform so you can cast with total confidence.
Yes, both the sea eagle fishskiff and the epropulsion motor are fully engineered for harsh marine environments. The motor features high-quality anodized aluminum and powder coating to resist corrosion, though we always recommend a quick freshwater rinse after a salt run.
You can go from a completely packed car trunk to floating on the water in roughly 12 to 15 minutes using an electric pump, completely eliminating the need for boat ramps or storage fees.
Yes! The integrated lithium battery supports on-the-go charging via compatible solar panels, allowing you to seamlessly extend your range on sunny days while running your epropulsion motor.
