WE CANNOT ADD A PRE-INSTALLED LATCH OR POWDER COAT to a QUICK SHIP LID - Quick Ship lids are pre-packaged, on the shelf, ready to ship. Because of this, you will lose the option to add a latch or powder coat. If you order a Quick Ship lid and also add on a latch or powder coat, the latch and/or powder coat cost will be refunded to you.

These lids are built to order. "Pre-Build" means they are fully assembled and ready to drop in once you get them (unless purchasing carpet gap).

Just drop in your deck and rivet or screw it down for a strong, flex free, and waterproof dry hatch system. Includes Pre-assembled hinge and welded boat deck hatch lid. Strong, lightweight, and easy to install. Get your boat build finished in no time! 

Made of heavy duty .125" Aluminum - they are strong enough for even the biggest passengers on your boat deck. 

Carpet Lids will not come prebuilt - You need to add the hatch frame to your framing, apply the decking, carpet the decking and the track system as one. Carpet the lids separately, then attach the hinge to the lid then the track system using provided countersink rivets.      

Countersink rivets are suggested to attach the track system to the deck framing, these are not included.

REAR HATCH - 3 sided Dry Hatch with extended Dry Track on two sides that butt-up to your transom. This will allow space between the lid and transom to run fuel lines or bilge pump hoses through if need. Also, you DO NOT need a latch with a rear lid!

Dimensions:

• Lids are the hole-in-deck dimension as listed
• The outer mounting lip is 3" more total = 1.5" thick mounting lip all around
• Inside dry track, lip diameter is 2" less = 1" thick dry track channel
• Common Rod Locker sizes - 12x48", 12x56", 16x48"
• Rear Bilge Hatch - 3 Sided Lids with additional welded bracing available from 12x36" up to 16x48" Sizes.
• Can be customized for Carpeting or EVA Foam Applications - Please choose which application you will be applying.
• We have 41 sizes of hatches with long side hinge, 9 sizes of hatches with short size hinge, and 8 sizes of rear hatches that are all long side hinged
• If a selection says "unavailable" then we do not make that hinge side or size standard, it will need to be custom ordered by calling 404-720-3975

Decking Types:

• EVA Foam - Hole should be 1/8" bigger than posted size all the way around.
• Carpet - Hole should be 1/4" bigger than posted size all the way around.
• REAR HATCHES - 3 Sided Hatches for Bilge/Motor Compartments with extra bracing welded in for 3-sided support.
