Quality aluminum cut at the specified lengths, no burs on the metal. If you have a good drill and some 3/8 bolts, you can make a legit jack plate.

Good quality pieces and quick delivery. Cut a couple inches off the plate to size properly, and after everything was put together my jack plate is stiffer than the boat transom (which is in new condition). My motor now sits exactly level with the bottom of the boat, which used to sit 2 and 1/4 inches too low.
