Got everything I ordered and it did what it was suppose to, only warning is if you have a bigger boat than I John boat your gonna need one of the larger size kits. 16ft boat and bought one of the smaller kits and had to locally source some extra material to finish. Overall satisfied with my order

This made the job easy. It was worth the price and I was happy to not have to find a vendor for the metal. I have a 14ft V-hull and probably could have used 2-3 more sticks of aluminum. The subfloor is far stronger than I anticipated and I’m happy with the kit. I’ll be buying the framing kit too.

I have a 1973 Starcraft 18' aluminum boat. I'm in the porocess of rebuilding it. I fish both saltwater and freshwater. I need to rebuild my deck framing. Will this kit be suitable for saltwater use?

I could depending on the number of ribs are in the 16' boat. Generally speaking, you will want 1 stick of 1.5" angle per rib, plus at least 3 more to create the center channel.
