NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES & D.C., 18+ AND AGE OF MAJORITY IN STATE OF RESIDENCE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor/Administrator
The Sweepstakes is sponsored byTBNation LLC (d/b/a Tiny Boat Nation),3228 Canyon Point Ln, El Paso, TX 79904 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor will administer the Sweepstakes and conduct the drawing (“Administrator”).

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C. who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state at the time of entry. Not open to employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Sponsor, its dealers/distributors, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, influencer/ambassador partners, or immediate family/household members of any of the foregoing. Not open to residents of Canada or any other non-U.S. jurisdiction. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period
BeginsThursday, October 16, 2025 at 6:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) and endsWednesday, November 26, 2025 at 11:00 p.m. MT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s server/computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter; entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

(A) Purchase on TBNation.net (Online Purchase)
During the Sweepstakes Period, make an eligible purchase atwww.TBNation.net and you will automatically receiveone (1) entry per $1 USD spent (pre-tax, excluding shipping/handling, after discounts and gift card redemptions). From time to time, Sponsor may publicly announceBonus Multiplier Periods (e.g., “5× entries”) on the website or official social channels; purchases completed during a posted Bonus Multiplier Period earn entries at the posted multiplier.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations: If an order is canceled, refunded, or returned (in whole or in part),related entries will be removed in proportion to the refunded amount. Exchanges that reduce the net pre-tax amount reduce entries accordingly. Fraudulent or automated purchase behavior is prohibited. Sponsor may require identity/payment verification and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant engaging in abuse (including “buy-to-return” schemes).

(B) Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without purchase, hand-print yourfull name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a plain3″×5″ card, place it in a standard outer envelope withfirst-class postage, and mail to:

Each properly completed mail-in receivedcounts as five (5) entries. If a publicly postedBonus Multiplier Period occurs,mail-ins postmarked during that period automatically receive the same multiplier (e.g., 5× = 25 entries per mail-in).No special markings are required on the envelope.
 

Limits:Max one (1) mail-in per person per calendar day (determined by postmark). Each mail-in must be mailed separately;no bulk shipments.Postmark must be within the Sweepstakes Period andreceived by December 2, 2025. Illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or late mail-ins are void.

General Entry Terms
All entries become Sponsor’s property and are not returned/acknowledged. Use of any automated system is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail; or for technical/printing/typographical errors. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

5. Winner Selection/Odds/Notification
Sponsor will conduct arandom drawing from among all eligible entries received on or aboutWednesday, December 3, 2025.Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified viaemail, phone, and/or SMS using the contact information provided and must respond withinfive (5) business days with any requested documents. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, fails to sign required documents, or is disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate.

6. Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)
One (1) Grand Prize: a Tiny Boat Nationused SeaEagle customized FishSkiff 16 boat only (outboard motor not included - pictures are for representation purposes only) featured in the FishSkiff Build-Off YouTube Series (the “Prize”).ARV: $3,499.

Boat/Watercraft Terms: Prize is awardedAS IS without any warranties from Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible forall taxes (federal, state, local),title/registration/documentation,inspection,license,insurance,dealer prep and delivery,pickup/transportation,trailer title/registration (if included), and any other costs not expressly stated. Sponsor will deliver the PrizeFOB Sponsor’s designated location;risk of loss passes upon delivery. Sponsor may require proof ofvalid government ID, a completedIRS Form W-9, andproof of boating liability insurance prior to hand-off. Winner must arrange pickup within30 days of notification; storage fees may apply thereafter.
No cash redemption or transfer, except Sponsor maysubstitute a prize (or component) ofequal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable or impracticable.

7. Taxes/Forms
U.S. winner will receive anIRS Form 1099 for the Prize ARV if required by law. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes.

8. Publicity Release
Where permitted by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city/state, image, voice, likeness, biographical information, and any content captured at delivery/use of the Prize,in all media worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice.

9. Conduct/Disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or abusive manner.Automated, programmatic, or bulk entry methods are prohibited.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree torelease, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, dealers, advertising/promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liability, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation, entry, or acceptance/possession/use/misuse of the Prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to property.In no event shall Sponsor be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.For New Jersey residents: nothing herein limits rights where prohibited by statute.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes and award the Prize in a manner that is fair and consistent with the spirit of these Rules.

11. Disputes/Governing Law/Venue/Class Action Waiver
These Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of theState of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.All disputes shall be broughtindividually in the state or federal courts located inEl Paso County, Texas.Class/collective actions are waived. Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs; attorneys’ fees and punitive/indirect damages are waived where permissible.

12. Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy atwww.TBNation.net.Marketing opt-in is not required to enter; entrants will only receive promotional emails/SMS if they affirmatively consent. Entrants may receive transactional messages about the Sweepstakes.

13. Social Platform Disclaimer
This promotion isnot sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, or Google. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor.

14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.“Authorized account holder” of an email/phone means the natural person assigned by a provider. No assignment by entrants without Sponsor’s written consent.

15. Winner List
