Our warehouse is an essential part of delivering top-notch products to our customers, and we’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the team. The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with our head office to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role that involves leading by example, working alongside your team, and ensuring that our warehouse runs efficiently and safely.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time
The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing inventory for an ecommerce business, ensuring stock levels are optimized, products are accurately tracked, and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
This candidate leads by example, working closely with the warehouse team to manage daily operations while ensuring that processes align with overall business goals. They are as comfortable on the warehouse floor as they are managing systems and workflows.
They use data to make informed decisions, monitoring stock levels, fulfillment times, and operational efficiency, and adjusting strategies based on performance insights.
They work well with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication with ecommerce and customer service departments, ensuring back-end operations support smooth customer experiences.
The candidate is adaptable and resourceful, able to anticipate operational challenges and implement effective solutions, ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly and supports ecommerce growth.
