About Us:

At TBNation, we’re passionate about empowering DIY boaters to build, upgrade, and modify their dream boats. We are looking for a part-time Technical Support & Sales team member to join our mission and provide exceptional customer service and sales support. Whether you're working remotely or at our Oxford, GA location, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have the guidance and expertise they need for all things Tiny Boat Nation.

Job Summary:

In this part-time role, you will assist customers with technical inquiries, help them select the right products, and offer top-notch support via phone, email, and chat. You’ll also coordinate with our internal team on various projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between sales, support, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical questions about products, DIY projects, and product compatibility.
  • Provide sales support by guiding customers through the purchasing process and helping them choose the right products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on customer projects, sales initiatives, and support escalations.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support, sales, or technical support (preferably in the boating or DIY industry).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Proficient in using email, chat, and phone communication tools.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred) is a plus.
  • Passionate about boating, fishing, or DIY projects with experience a big plus
  • Must be able to work part-time, with flexible hours.
