Newport Catalina 12' Inflatable Boat

The 12ft 6in Catalina model inflatable sport dinghy is the largest in the Newport Vessels lineup of large-scale inflatable boats. Designed for both professional applications such as water patrol and recreational activities like diving, fishing, and long-distance cruising, the Catalina offers versatility and durability for any adventure.

At 12’6”, the Catalina is the largest boat in our lineup, capable of accommodating up to 6 passengers. This spacious inflatable boat is ideal for inshore or offshore fishing trips for 2-3 people or as a runabout for the entire family. Equipped to carry a 20hp outboard motor, the Catalina can reach speeds of up to 20mph when on plane.

The marine wood floors offer a sturdy, stable surface for standing or casting, while the oversized 18” tubes ensure passengers remain safe and dry at higher speeds. Like the rest of the Newport dinghy lineup, the Catalina includes practical features such as an inflatable keel, durable wood floor, a 180° splash guard with grab rope, rub strakes, grab handles, Bimini attachment D-Rings, towing D-rings, and wear patches underneath the tubes for enhanced durability.
