SUN DOLPHIN AMERICAN 12 BUILD KIT

(Also fits Quest Sportsman 12, and Bass Pro Prowler 12)

Everything you need to turn your Sun Dolphin into a comfortable and usable fishing boat. Get rid of those clumsy ribbed floors, give yourself more feet room, and add stability... all in one easy to install kit! This is by far our easiest build kit to date. All you need is a small drill, riveting tool, sander or grinder, and the flooring of your choice (EVA Foam or carpet).

Bow plate with pre-drilled support plate

Front floor (2 options)

25 Specialty Rivets

All the floor pieces are .090 aluminum. Rivets are aluminum as well.

Watch the install video before purchasing to decide if you want the front floor option 1(full flat floor), or option 2(floor cut out plus battery tray topper). Option 1 will require you to cut out the small molded battery tray in the front floor area. This can be easily accomplished with a rotary tool such as a Dremel, a hot knife/soldering iron, or with an oscillation tool.
