    Exceptional customer service

    I’m in the market for a 36 V hundred amp hour battery system to pair with my power pole move ZR trolling motor. After reviewing their website, there were a couple of choices. I called customer service and was surprised that they were willing to spend at least 20 minutes talking to me, educating me on the differences between some of the batteries, the warranties, and what I should look for in lithium batteries. Although I haven’t purchased from them yet as the batteries, I’m looking at or out of stock I was very impressed with their customer service. Even more so after speaking to other companies that just didn’t seem to have the time for me. I look forward to future purchases with confidence that , any issue I might have will be addressed quickly technically and promptly with an English-speaking representative. Thanks again for spending the time with me.
