Necessary Safety Items for any boat aimed to be used out in public/large bodies of water, as well as low light or dark.

Everything you need to make sure you boat is able to be seen in the in low light/dark, as well providing a way to pump water out of your boat if it gets in there (rogue wave, rain storm, hull failure, etc).  

No one should ever be on a boat in large/aggressive bodies of water without these items present. For many states, there's a legal requirement for all of them to be present in all boats.
