Good question! Our transom kit for the 1648 jon to bass boat conversion is rated for up to a 60HP outboard. That gives you plenty of power for performance while still keeping things solid and reliable on the water.

I know your Tiny Boat Nation, but do you offer kits for 18 ft Jon boats? Like for Lowes 1852 mt Jon boat?

Any of our kits for 16 ft boats will work on an 18ft boat. Might have to add a little bit more angle and sheeting as needed. Thank you
