My 12 year old outboard failed to start this year. I replaced it with an EPropulsion Spirit 1.0 electric. It is so nice to be able to put the fob in place and turn the handle to get going. The new motor is light and easy to use.

We needed a battery powered system for our pontoon boat. The lake we live on does not allow gas powered motors. After researching various solutions we decided to use TBNation and purchase an Epropulsion Navy 6.0 outboard motor. We are pleased with TBNation and happy with the choice!

I finally got the FS16 in the water with the Honda 9.9hp. Once I got the hang of it using the tiller it was very enjoyable. I live in Honolulu so I took my time ensuring everything is tidy like I do with my kayak fishing setup. The FS16 quality is top
notch! I'm very happy pulling the trigger on this one. If it's still sitting in your cart just buy it already. Also, the Honda 9.9hp is plenty power one will need. Love it!

We have a 1974 Classic 13 Boston whaler that has been restored and I was shopping for a trolling motor system for the bow, keeping the boats age in mind and the desire NOT to drill or install any screws that I didn’t have to into the hull; I started out with a Newport NV55 mounted on stern; then I found
Tiny Boat Nation and their AutoBoat GPS smart head.
I was skeptical that this system would work as well as the bow mount trolling motors on the market.
But I bought it anyway in Sept. 2024 and received it late Nov. 2024
After receiving I crafted a custom bridle type mount that slips over front gunwale and uses the Norman pin as an anchor. (got this idea from a fella on YouTube)
After making mount and moving trolling motors to bow this GPS head was/is absolutely AMAZING!!
It controls my 13’ fiberglass whaler just great!
Used most of winter and love its performance, remote not the best ( lags in response)but responds great with app control.
Recently I had an issue with the drive mechanism; the primary gear is made of plastic and beams loose on its drive shaft allowing shaft to spin but not gear.
Notified TBN via chat, they sent me a new Gen2 complete head unit with upgraded primary gear (it’s metal now). They could’ve sent me a part to repair my drive mechanism but they sent a WHOLE NEW UNIT; that’s GREAT man!!!
This new unit also has some other small revisions I thought was nice, like smaller remote with better buttons ergo better response form head unit when using handheld remote.

I’ve had the 6.0 on a Highfield 12ft RIB for a few weeks now, and it performs great. I converted my Pure Watercraft setup after they went bankrupt to the epropulsion 6.0 system. After the difficulty removing all the Pure Watercraft gear, the installation of the new system was flawless.

The Autoboat works very well. Transformed my little 14' v-hull more than I expected, control and driveabilty is better than I expected. The fit and finish is very nice and the installation was easy. A few little quirks with the remote and track recording but speaking with customer service they are quick to assist and actively working on it. Very happy with the purchase, enough to say a friend of mine has already ordered his ! Thank you Autoboat

I installed the Autoboat on my Minn Kota Edge Foot Controlled trolling motor. Shortly after I bought the MK Edge I became dissatisfied with it. The forward deck on my 1648 Tracker Grizzly is crowded by the MK Edge cables and the foot pedal is stiff. I also disliked that I had to remain in the bow of the boat when moving to keep the boat on track.
The Autoboat has solved all that. I followed the installation video which is very well done other than in a couple of places the installer misses a step and then goes back to it. I recommend the video be modified to fix that because that can throw you and cause you to make the same missteps. In general, the installation process isn't difficult. Being the klutz I am, I stripped the threads on the one hole where I needed to tap new threads. I purchased a cheap heli-coil repair kit and fixed that mistake no problem. Otherwise, the installation was smooth. I've tested the unit on the water twice now. The hand control steers the boat with no issues. The N navigate function is a huge benefit when moving across the lake in that it keeps the boat on course without intervention. This allows me to focus on changing lures, organizing my tackle, etc. The Anchor function works well. On my first trip I had the gain set to Regular, which wasn't sufficient for my 1648 boat. On my second trip I changed the gain to the higher setting and it worked very well, requiring no intervention on my part while I fished an area. The Route function is also a big plus. The lake I fish most often has some serious sandbars and shallow areas where you wouldn't expect them. By setting up Routes, I can move from one area to another without constantly focusing on the sonar to watch out for these boat traps.

I highly recommend the Autoboat. It has greatly improved my fishing experience, reduced fatigue, and allows me to focus more on actual fishing and less on controlling the boat. The installation is actually easier than it may initially appear and if I can do it, anyone can do it. If you're on the fence, buy it.

I received the auto boat smart head 17 days ago and just today got around to installing it on a Minn Kota Endura Max 45.Install took about 15 minutes Very easy following Instructions . I connected abd started unit and ran with both remote and phone app. everything seems to work correctly . It will probably be a few weeks before I have an opportunity to get on the water for further testing. I am well pleased with it so far
